Die DefSettings.ini wird benötigt, wenn Sie als Administrator von Password Depot Enterprise Server Ihren Benutzern Standardwerte für die Programmoptionen des Client mitgeben möchten.
Sie können die Konfigurationsdatei DefSettings.ini erzeugen, indem Sie die weiter unten aufgelisteten Einträge in eine neue, leere Textdatei einfügen, wie gewünscht die Werte vergeben und diese dann als reine Textdatei unter dem Namen DefSettings.ini speichern. Es reicht aus, wenn Sie nur die Optionen in Ihre ini-Datei einfügen, die Sie auch tatsächlich benötigen. Wichtig ist, dass der String [Options] vor den unten genannten Optionen steht (wie unten dargestellt):
