Add/Modify Entry - Password

To add new password entries, click on Edit > New > Password or use the Password button on the toolbar (Ctrl+Ins).

NOTE: If the desired entry type is not shown under Edit > New, it is possibly deactivated in the Database Properties and you can activate it there to be able to use it. To do so, click Database > Database Properties and go to the Entries tab. It shows a list of all entry types, where you can check or uncheck the corresponding checkbox of each entry type to activate or deactivate it.


The new password will be saved in the currently opened folder (shown in the navigation area on the left-hand side).

In the dialog General, you can enter the following data (all entries apart from the description are optional):

 

Apart from the General tab, the following tabs are available:

 

 

Click OK to save changes, or Cancel to close the window without saving changes.

 

NOTE: In this dialog box, you may use the virtual keyboard. This feature is situated in the lower left-hand corner of the dialog box.
