Shared Secret Properties

In the Shared Secret Properties dialog box, you can view detailed information about the respective shared secret. The General tab and, if applicable, the Approval tab are available.

General Tab

In the General tab, you will find detailed information about the shared secret.

  • Protocol: Displays the protocol used (PD-SERVER or HTTPS).
  • Issuer: Indicates who created this secret.
  • Recipients: Indicates the recipient(s) of the secret (a specific user or everyone with the link).
  • Created On: Displays the creation date of the secret.
  • Status: Displays the status of the shared secret (Available, Consumed, Pending Approval, Expired, Revoked).
  • Secret Type: Specifies the entry type of the secret.
  • Database: Name of the database in which the shared secret is located.
  • Entry: Name of the entry.
  • Expires On: Specifies the validity date of the secret.
  • Opened: Indicates how many times the shared secret has already been opened.

If applicable, the message No approval is required to access this secret. will be displayed at the bottom (then, the Approval Tab will not be displayed).

Approval Tab

The Approval tab is only displayed if approval is required for the shared secret. The following information is listed:

  • Quorum (N-von-M): Indicates how many approvals are required from how many supervisors.
  • Designated Supervisors: The list has three columns: Supervisor (supervisor's username), Approved (timestamp when the supervisor approved sharing the secret, if applicable), and Rejected (timestamp when the supervisor rejected sharing the secret, if applicable).
