Single-user licenses for the Windows client can be ordered directly from the online shop on our website. Orders for companies – especially for the Enterprise Server – are handled via an individual quote instead. This article describes the process.
How the ordering process works
Request a quote: Send us an informal request by e-mail stating the product you are interested in and the number of users you need. You will then receive a quote by e-mail. Resellers and IT service providers can also request quotes for their end customers this way.
Accept the quote: An informal confirmation by e-mail is sufficient – no separate order form is required.
Delivery: After your confirmation, you will receive your licenses and your invoice by e-mail.
Payment
Within Germany, the EU, and Switzerland, we deliver on account (payment by invoice). For orders from other countries, we ask for advance payment by PayPal or bank transfer.
Tiered licensing for larger numbers of users
User numbers are provided in tiers. For instance, from 200 users upwards, licenses are offered in tiers of 50 users each. Simply request a quote for your specific number of users.
Note: The license and maintenance period starts on the order date. Moving the start retroactively (for example, to the installation date) is not possible. Therefore, place your order close to your planned rollout.
